The Keltec KSG-25 isn’t your typical KSG. Twenty 3 inch, 12 gauge shells (plus one in the chamber) can be stored in its expanded dual tube magazines, giving the user the option to interchange between different projectiles. Its 38-inch overall length and 30.5-inch cylinder bore barrel make it genuinely ambidextrous, and although having a proprietary downward ejection system, it is nevertheless more compact than a standard model shotgun that can only handle a small amount of ammunition.
The Keltec KSG is a 12-gauge pump action shotgun with two select-feed magazines. With the bullpup dual-magazine select-feed design, the operator can quickly switch between two magazines of ammo while still enjoying a more compact layout and improved total capacity. The KSG may be fired successfully in any firing orientation thanks to positive extraction and ejection features.
The Keltec KSG can be fired from both the dominant and non-dominant side because to the integration of loading and ejection into a single port rearward of the grip assembly underneath the shotgun. The KSG includes two inbuilt MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rails for mounting attachments above the barrel and on the forend as standard equipment. To make handling easier, the KSG keeps its center of gravity above the grip assembly while empty.
